Cancellations: Any bookings cancelled within 72 hours of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge at the tour operators discretion. A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for FIT passengers cancelling within 24 hours of departure. A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for groups (10 or more pax) cancelling within 72 hours of departure.

Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett:

Bungy & Minjin: Before registration - Full refund / After registration - No refund Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Spirit of Freedom:

An AUD$100 cancellation fee applies from time of booking to 61 days prior to departure. 20% cancellation fee applies with less than 60 Days Notice 100% cancellation fee applies with 21 days or Less Notice All passengers are strongly advised to travel with Travel Insurance that covers for Trip Cancellation and Scuba Diving Evacuation & Medical cover.

PENGUIN ISLAND TOUR:

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 72 HOURS TO DEPARTURE WILL INCUR A 50 PERCENT LOSS OF TICKET PRICE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HRS OF TOUR DEPARTURE OR FAILURE TO TAKE UP THE TOUR WILL RESULT IN A 100 PERCENT LOSS OF THE TICKET PRICE.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

Jungle Adventures:

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

Photography Tours:

All bookings are 100% Non Refundable – In case of not being able to attend you must contact us by no later than 24 hours before the date of the booked tour for possible transfer to next available tour. You may find a replacement to take over your booking as long as they present the original Tour Voucher with your signed authorization. Upon accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby indemnify Sydney Photography Tours and/or its tutors against responsibility for any accident, loss or injury suffered during the course of activities. Should at any time the supervisor consider that you require medical treatment, you consent to Sydney Photography Tours obtaining the same at your expense.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Troll Tours- Sydney and Hunter Valley Tours:

TROLL TOURS HARLEY TRIKE AND MOTORBIKE TOURS: Full refund if cancelled 48hrs before tour departure. If cancelled within 48hrs 25% will be kept as a booking fee. TROLL TOURS: TOUR CONDITIONS: “TROLL TOURS” reserve the right to alter or modify itinerary if prevailing weather, road conditions or adverse conditions require such change.

Go Ride a Wave:

Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee. A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.

Brisbane Cruises:

72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:

All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Adventure Moreton Island:

If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

River City Cruises:

Terms and Conditions: All cruises are subject to tide, weather conditions and minimum number of passengers and may be changed without notice due to conditions of the day. We reserve the right substitute vessels and or skippers and crew and shall not be liable for death/injury to any persons or loss or damage to property due to person’s negligence. Should a cruise be cancelled due to tide and or weather conditions, a seat on the next available cruise will be offered or a full refund will be given. However should a guest cancel, the following cancellation fees apply: 24hours in advance - no fee; Less than 24 hours or failure to board - no refund given.

Bruny Island Safaris:

Cancellation Policy Within 24hours of departure 100% of tour price. Disclaimer – Bruny Island Safaris (BIS) reserves the right to amend itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen weather events and seasonal availability of some gourmet products.

Skedaddle:

100% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of booked departure, which includes any factors beyond your/our control and also includes but is not limited to: medical issues, airline or transport delays, bad weather etc (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Please be aware no show, no refund. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Skedaddle, the company or the captain of the day reserves the right at any time, without compensation, to alter, change or cancel without notice any: Service provided, the tour, part of the tour, the destinations, use only one destination, use a different vessel or any matter or thing. Due in part or in whole but not restricted to: Adverse Weather, strong winds, medical issues (yours or others), mechanical problems or any matter that may affect the safety of a passenger or passengers or the safe operation of the tour or any other problem or issue. Skedaddle is a lot of fun, fast exhilarating exciting ride! But NOT for everyone. NOT SUITABLE for the frail, elderly, young, bad backs, recent operations or injuries, or those who are pregnant. Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
