Straddie Kingfisher Tours:
A 72-hour notice of cancellation or change of tour notice is required for all tours. If for any reason you decide to cancel or change your reservation, you must notify us 72-hours prior to the tour date. Sorry, cancellations or changes made within 72-hour of the tour are not refundable and will be charged in full.
for Wine or Reason:
If a cancellation of a Wine Tour occurs outside of 30 days form the Tour departure date a full refund will be given,
Cancellation inside of 15-30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee,
Within 14 days of departure 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Port Douglas Transfers:
Cancellations only will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time or a no show will incur full charges.
